JOB DESCRIPTION

Fifth Ring is a multi-award winning international B2B marketing communications agency specialising in oil & gas with offices located in the major operating centres of the world; North Sea, Middle East, Gulf of Mexico and S.E. Asia. We employ 70 people and are currently expanding rapidly in our core locations as well as new geographies. Fifth Ring is also one of the four partner agencies in the worlds largest B2B network, the Business-to-Business Network (BBN), which has 19 members employing 0ver 1000 people in 23 countries.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of our learning and development program on a global basis and will report to the group managing director. WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The individual we are seeking will be responsible for talent management at all levels, be able to look ahead, identify obstacles, and foster excellence, across all our operating areas. We expect that involvement to start from initial screening and selection and continue through performance management and ultimately to succession planning.A knowledge of the challenges faced by professional services companies in the marketing communications sector would be valuable, but the ability to demonstrate a successful track record in performance improvement through structured people development is essential. Educated to degree level, candidates should also have relevant qualifications in the various aspects of human resource management.
